This series began in 2005.  In the beginning, fabric was the driving force for most of the paintings.   Tiffany began painting two-dimensional patterns against three-dimensional objects, such as chairs and discarded fabric.  It has formed into a dynamic push and pull between the two.  Her style is expressive with thick brush strokes.  The detail is not important.  What is important is to catch the viewer's eye with the color, pattern, and composition.
